The Sea Breeze is a quiet luxury oceanfront condo located in the upscale Rum Point area on the north side of Grand Cayman at the Kaibo Yacht Club. This quiet area is perfect for relaxing, on the white sand beach.
You will love the beautiful ocean views from our deluxe oceanfront condo with 17' of glass doors facing the water. Walk out the front door and you are right on the beach. The pool is beautiful and has a heated jacuzzi. Go swimming or snorkeling right in front of the condo. Take a morning beach walk and watch the wild parrots. Beach chairs and towels included. Two bicycles are also in the condo.
Walk 100 yards down the beach and enjoy beachside lunches or drinks at the Kaibo Beach Bar or have fine dining in the evening at Cecil's 5 star restaurant. Take a romantic sunset dinner cruise next door at the Kaibo. Four blocks away is the beach at Rum Point with the Hyatt fine dining restaurant.
Our newly constructed (June, 2003)first floor luxury condo is 1017 sq.ft. and sleeps 4-6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central air, pool, lanai, cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD, stereo, beautiful decorating, washer, dryer, sofa/sleeper, and complete kitchen.
Master Bedroom: Ocean view, one queen size bed, dresser, night stands, ceiling fan, all linens, 8 foot patio door with blinds, and ceramic tile floor.
Bedroom: Two twin size beds, dresser, night stands, ceiling fan, all linens, window blinds, and ceramic tile floor.
Bathrooms:Two bathrooms with shower, vanity, linens, hair dryer, beach towels.
Living Room: Ocean view, queen size sofa/sleeper, two chairs, coffee table, Entertainment unit, 9 foot patio door, ceiling fan, imported tile floor, two wicker end tables.
Kitchen: All new cabinets, glass top stove, microwave, Refrigerator , dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, silverware, dishes, pots/pans, disposal, and all the utensils
Laundry: Washer and dryer, iron, ironing board.
Entertainment: Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, CD, Telephone, lots of video tapes, books, cards
Lanai: Table and chairs for four, chaise lounger, ceiling fan, tables and lamps. Incredible view.

Our SEA BREEZE condo is located at the Kaibo Yacht Club on the north side of Grand Cayman at Rum Point. This is the quiet area of the island, and is home to many upper bracket residences. It is 21 miles from Owens International Airport or about a 35 minute scenic drive. There are five excellent restaurants, a small grocery store, and gas station within 5-10 minutes of the condo.
