This house sits high on a hill over looking the Sea of Abaco located by boat just 15 min from Marsh Harbour, Bahamas. Marsh Harbour is a one hour plane ride from West Palm Beach Fl. and Ft. Lauderdale Fl.
The views are almost 160 degree, you can watch sunrises and sunsets from the house. It is not a cottage but a very spacios home. The beach is a 2 minute walk with many more by golfcart which is part of the package. There is deep sea and world reknown bone fishing very near by. There is a view of Tillot Cut which is an inlet to the Atlantic Ocean so you are out in the ocean in minutes.
There is a very good restuarant "Cracker Peas" just a golf cart ride away.
Fresh caught fish and lobster is available on the island at the fish market. And Dee is a local that will deliver pizza and other goodies if needed.
There is a caretaker there to assist you in anyway.
We have 2 one person kayaks that come with it and there is a beautiful famous beach just across the sea of abaco. 5 minutes by boat. Alittle longer by kayak.
The house is high so the breezes are plentiful. Just to sit oon the porch and look out at the scenery takes all your stress away.
Most people want own a piece of it all before they leave so you are sure to enjoy this lovely spot of paradise.`
